Insatiable. (TW:ED?)
You ever just get hungry? Like, REALLY FUCKING HUNGRY?? Cause I do, I usually eat one meal per day but the meal is ALWAYS BIG. This tends to do it for me but recently I've had this nagging voice in my head that's just like: "YOU WANT TO EAT!!! YOU WANT TO EAT!!! YOU NEED TO EAT!!!" I've been impulsively spending more and more money on that nagging voice but it doesn't stop, I bought four burgers and a cake, pancakes and chilli, pizza, lasagna, ect. I eat so much I feel sick but, I CAN'T STOP!!! HELP??
If your body is saying you’re hungry, it’s because you’re only eating once a day. Eat little and often, and your body won’t be starving and asking you to eat. It’s a survival instinct, if the body thinks it’s being starved, it sends out a hormone to tell you to eat, and it’ll send more because it thinks there isn’t enough food avail...... reply
I think try eating less at smaller intervals, I'm no nutritionist but only eating once a day no matter the size can't be good for you
Maybe give eating 3 smaller meals (and snacks too if you want) a day a shot instead? reply
when im hungry i tend to brush my teeth alot with this really minty and fresh toothpaste nd it just makes me lose the motivation to eat bc nobody eats right after brushing their teeth, i do this like any time of the day and its super helpful because not only does it make my teeth white, it also stops me from becoming a big back yk? +im also too poo...... reply
You should probably eat more than once a day. Try to at least two smaller meals a day. And if you're still craving food even after stuffing yourself it could be that you need more nutritionally balanced meals. Maybe add more vegetables and protein to your diet. Also if you're not allergic, nuts can be very filling and trail mix makes for a great sn...... reply
