I constantly struggle with studying. Even when I'm running out of time I can't make my self focus and study or do my work. Further I'm restless and anxious all the time.
record yourself, that way you're forced to perform and your phone is away from you. Try to think "I'm gonna record myself studying for X minutes" start small but make your way up there. Good luck, babe!
