What's something that people judge mentally ill people for all the time despite "understanding mental illness and health"?
I feel like people judged way too harshly when people relapse or fall back into bad coping skills, especially if they been dealing with them for a long time.
depression. it’s the second most common mental illness (i think — that’s what my classes taught me) yet people understand it so poorly.
saw this tweet of a person that decided to clean their bedsheets after months, showing a pictures of stains of drinks, blood, food crumbs, etc. and people acted so disgusted.
