will you guys, like, get married one day ?
So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
I'm polyamorous and with that I don't think marriage is the right path for me. Also you shouldn't have to feel pressured to get married, it's not an essential part of life and if you want to get married, when you feel like it's the right time and right person, go for it. Marriage is a choice, not a requirement. reply
