......I'd keep it Fresh, Fast, & Flavourful. Fish Tacos topped with a Vinaigrette Slaw and sided with a Marsala Rice dish (Pickerel Fish:)

I will make an nigerian dish that is loved by all nigerians, that is fried rice with meatpie as a side dish. As dessert some croffles and fruit parfaits. reply

I can't cook :(
If I could cook tho:
I would either make a good big greasy Mofongo with sauce or, if the time is enough to I would make Habichuelas con dulce (Dominican sweet beans).
It may not be french hu la la high cuisine, but I think everyone should try it evil if it's just a bite!! reply
