I for one cannot stand mpreg at all asw bc often I fear it's just a disguise for a breeding/pregnancy kink. The moment I see anth related to mpreg in a story I genuinely click off it unsettles me that people want to see that, anything in relation to it visually : inflation, vore all ick me out even if it's just a description.
