Second-hand embarassment
What do you do when you did or said something and then you feel second-hand embarassment? How do you make that feeling of shame go? Same question when you feel guilt, how do you make that feeling go away?
i try not to let the thought linger too much, in reality most embarrassing moments are only considered embarrassing to you because we tend to overthink! So with this thought in mind, it lets me get over things really fast. reply
