How to gain weight
In all seriousness, I don't know how I've always been skinny, but other's tell me I'm "too skinny" I've asked a couple of times here and there and all they tell me is "js eat more" But I think my problem is that I don't eat a lot of protein, like I get kinda nauseous if I eat a lot of meat, chicken is ok, and ion like fish that much, idk man I really like how vegetables are crunchy And also, if I'm trying to gain weight, does that mean not exercising? And like, should I also get protein powder and put in all my meals or what?
