question for the med students and health educated people
- Why is it when i actually go to bed at a decent time i struggle to get up in the mornings? yet when i go to bed later/more sleep deprived its easier for me to wake up and im actually more energized???

I do believe it's because you got used to not having sufficient rest that when you actually get enough sleep your body thinks that you slept more than you should and thus you wake up tired, it's kinda similar to when you sleep for a whole day and still wake up tired because oversleeping is bad for you (still temptin...... reply
