re-word the stuffs you're learning in a way that makes sense to you. textbook gibberish always gives me a headache, but once i break it down into smaller chunks and organize them shits into categories where i can functionally comprehend, it gets easier to remember and understand wtf im learning about. also rely on outside sources as well, such as a...... 1 reply
this works for me in most subjects, i make summaries or draw mind maps for the important parts as i study the whole topics. then i use my visual memory skill to burn into mind those summary pages or mind maps, so that from there i can just recall the rest of the details that i've read. i always rely on my understandings of the ideas or conclusions ...... 1 reply
