not really a study method, but one thing my botany teacher used to tell us all the time, when you're studying focus on your studies, don't let your mind wander, don't start scrolling, lock your devices away elsewhere if they're too distracting. and when you're having breaks in the middle, some time to yourself etc, try to focus on that and not let ......
