Honestly I think its time they pack up the redemption arcs...like actually....this isn't me complaining about rape in bl cuz atp I don't gaf I just try to ignore them when they pop up my feed....I think im just becoming desensitized to it all...I think they should just let shitty characters be shitty characters..and like just let them face the consequences of their actions....not everyone deserves a second chance and that's okay...im just sick and tired of the 30+ chp montage of the shitty childhood and terrible parents bullshit
Redemption is one of my favourite genres. Since humans are flowed I think it can be used to show growth of any characters. But the "Redemption" in these yaois are not what it actually is, or at least that's what I think. If the semes in these stories realizes the gravity of what they did to the victim and they themselves go to maybe police to repor...... reply
