Anime ban in Texas starting tomorrow?

To all my Texans out there is this true? Lol I first heard this and kind of laughed because look this title sounds alittle ridiculous but I wouldn’t put it past Texas

What did I expect from yall what is going on over there

They gonna have to drive over here not to just get joints anymore but to get a decent connection to watch anime lol
