iPad or Laptop?

What should I get?? Honestly I wanna use the ipad to like draw and play games but ughh i also wanna play valorant and other games on my laptop..
like i have one right now but it cant handle those games.. i played minecraft and i was stuck on like 40 fps.. but laptops are SO expensive!!!!!! like two times more expensive than the ipad

what do i do..
