Here is a help that might help.
What is your skin concern, Like the main thing that is totally bothering you rn? Just choice 1 main problem.
Are you an oily, combination, dry or normal skin?
Focusing on your main problem will shrink down the products you might be tempted to buy.
And the recommendations will suit your needs. 2 reply

differin has been good to me, the beauty bakerie exfoliator is a staple, the may coop raw sauce was really nice, and the amazon basics facial foaming cleanser works fine 1 reply
The thing about chemicals, aka the skincare products, is that they give different reactions to each person, meaning what others claim to be effective might not be on you. So if you found something that suits your skin but, let's say, it's pricey, then look for something cheaper with the same or similar active ingredients.

I would recommend the Azelaic Acid cream from Ordinary and the Cicaplast baume b5 from la roche. What I would do is first use my favorite moisturizer and use the azelaic on my face (not on eyes) and the baume on my nose. reply
There is no one size fits all grail product and if you shop for products based on hype rather than your skin type you will end up wasting money. I can only speak to what has worked for me as someone with oily skin (get a lot of whiteheads, blackheads, skin has a gross sheen to it if I don't cleanse daily)
For my skin type I find I need daily clean...... reply
For my oily T zone but othewise easily irritates but slightly dry skin I use these
- skin 1004 cleaning oil, very gentle, does not irritate, leaves skin very smooth
- cerave foaming cleaner, it's on the harsher side it could dry your skin out so it does not work for everyone however I personally love it
- equalberry toner, helps with texture, it do...... reply
As others said, it depends on your skin.
My skin changes through my cycle - I'd say half of the month it's normal and on the other it's oily.
I personally dig Cerave, I've been using it for years and it doesn't make my skin react.
For the time my skin is normal a gentle cleanser does it, for the oiler period a cleanser with salicylic acid helps....... reply
