As others said, it depends on your skin.
My skin changes through my cycle - I'd say half of the month it's normal and on the other it's oily.
I personally dig Cerave, I've been using it for years and it doesn't make my skin react.
For the time my skin is normal a gentle cleanser does it, for the oiler period a cleanser with salicylic acid helps....... reply
