Write down your thoughts on a diary or note app. Don’t worry about making it look nice, literally just splat down your stream of consciousness, worries, excited hyperfixation ramblings; anything that’s running through your head and keeping you awake, good or bad. These last few months I've been decorating and designing rooms and whole appartements or houses in my head (like places I've been or lived in but I also make random from my imagination of my dream house or sometimes from something I see online like a video or even plans).

Everyone's so unhealthy lol, but seriously nothing really helps, i just tire myself by reading until sleep takes over.
I do recommended journaling positive things or drink tea while keeping off your phone. Not doing it though cause gaslighting myself doesn't work. reply
I draw or write to express it. Sometimes that leads to spiraling though, so maybe it’s not the best advice.
But hey there’s always allergy or cough syrup that could knock you out. Or indica weed reply
