How could Isekais be improved?
Obviously Isekais are known as kind of a dumpster fire genre but what can be improved to make the genre actually interesting, what tropes should be thrown out and what can be added?
i would like more of them to pass the bechdel test, for a story that has a female mc i am quite tired of all the other female characters being dumb social bullies who bully mc over a duke, i wish we saw more female friendships instead of the mc just frauding her way into becoming friends with the original female cast of the book or having a servan...... 1 reply
