Pretend you’re doing it for a baby version of yourself. Basically gentle parent yourself.
I pretend sometimes that I’m carrying around a drained, sniffly, pathetic little 4 year old version of me on my hip (or maybe smaller, I couldn’t carry around a 4 year old for that long…) and I’m helping her instead of myself. Esp cause I lowkey jus...... reply
