When did you realize you need therapy?
Genuine questions I’m seriously thinking about going to therapy and getting a diagnosis to understand what’s going on with me, but at the same time I’m going insane and not wanting it to be confirmed.
Going to therapy isn't always just for a diagnosis, but i would recommend everyone goes to it ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ if you do end up going, i would just be clear with your therapist about how you feel/also being clear with wanting a diagnosis for something (●'◡'●)ノ reply
