what do you guys do when you’re sad and idk you just stop doing skincare or even shower. how do you get back on tracks ?
i like to get a good sleep clean my room before doing an everything shower AND changing my sheets. then eat the best meal ever, like imagine cheesy noodles with meat, youtube on watching a vlog in ur new clean sheets.
The thing is I know i should get up but I can't. I just imagine myself showering, brushing my teeth, doing the things i should do but I don't. I sleep all day the longest being 26hrs straight and then i get this sudden burst of energy only to find my periods here 1 reply
