what do you guys do when you’re sad and idk you just stop doing skincare or even shower. how do you get back on tracks ?
i like to get a good sleep clean my room before doing an everything shower AND changing my sheets. then eat the best meal ever, like imagine cheesy noodles with meat, youtube on watching a vlog in ur new clean sheets.
This is a weird trick but it 100% works for me when I’m in a rut and don’t really want to take care of myself, dye your hair :P or like toning hair it gives me motavation since I love freshening my dye job it makes me feel good about myself and it forces me to go take a shower to rinse out the dye and since you’re already there I take a nice ...... 1 reply
