what do you guys do when you’re sad and idk you just stop doing skincare or even shower. how do you get back on tracks ?
i like to get a good sleep clean my room before doing an everything shower AND changing my sheets. then eat the best meal ever, like imagine cheesy noodles with meat, youtube on watching a vlog in ur new clean sheets.
I've been struggling too and I think it's best to take it one step at a time and do things u enjoy. For me I like cooking and going to the grocery store. After I do it, I get more motivated! and of course some good food.
