Literally 90 percent out of all the new BLs i clicked on were Omegaverses, they are fucking everywhere. Is the bl genre that depleted of stories? What's up with that? No one needs that many Omegaverses. There definitely seems to be a surge in the numbers of Omegaverses recently. I don't like it to begin with but i am running on empty because can't find good new stories to read. Wtf?

I haven't noticed any upticks in omegaverse stories but ngl, I never tire of them so this is music to my ears sorry~ *dodges flying tomatoes*
What I really wanna see are guideverse stories! I love that subgenre! There's so few of them out there I hope it becomes a trend too. reply
Could be a trend. There were some Chinese screen adaptations of abo universe recently, so everyone wants to hop on the gravy train now, wanting to cash in on the trending wave. Praying that it passes asap. Couldnt watch more than 20 minutes of it anyway. reply

Overall I don’t pay enough attention to notice if there has been an uptick but generally I don’t care for omegaverse.
I don’t want to read something where there is a high chance of pregnancy as a plot point, but there are a few omegaverses I’ve read that don’t focus on the baby part so they’re tolerable to me.
