I did this before and it went well, but the essence is to give me any rant that you’ve been thinking about and I’ll give my two cents. Only rules are don’t hold yourself back nor apologize if you feel like you wrote too much. This could be about literally anything like school, politics, life troubles, crush, or even OC lore.
