Since no one has talked about it already, Tel*gram has popular BL content, you can download for free. Of course it isn't as regular with updates and you won't find niche stuff on it, but you can go check it out. Good thing about it is the more dedicated folks can create a channel in the meanwhile and upload stuff there, so you can find everything on one platform. Oh and it's not so vulnerable to being censored or reported.
