Craziest I think I have seen was penis/testicle filler using saline or silicone injections (which silicone is illegal because it can cause reproductive problems, but some people travel to foreign countries or get someone unlicensed to do it). I saw videos of both where both people had used insanely huge amounts of filler to where the size was comic...... 1 reply
