Job is nice. Please give me advice

Idk if anyone remembers but I was the girl that asked for advice at new job a few months back. Now I'm back for more advice. Please help me.

How do I not feel scared af every time my seniors or superiors talk to me About work or related stuff? How can I be professional and a Lil goofy with my coworkers ? Honestly sometimes I feel like there's a g*n to my head while working. But we aren't even doing any nervewracking job. Just a goofy publishing house.
