I wouldn't probably mind if I goon to just some normal vanilla stuff- but I don't. So it's just a none ending cycle of "hmm I'm bored"- goon - guilty- "I'm bored again"
Youre just gonna have to go cold turkey (dont do it at all)
Feeling clarity after gooning is normal but since you want to quit, try to replace gooning with a hobby
