To be honest, I've never met someone who reads mangas but doesn't watch anime, plenty of people do watch anime but don't read mangas, though.
I don't really have a favourite anime, I do have a preference for watching action and sports genres. Unless it's GL, I don't watch any romance anime, and slice-of-life anime kind of bore me.
