Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Yo period haver here. It's sucks for me personally (pain ranging from a 4 to an 8 out of 10 depending), but there are ways around it so im going to list from least effective to most effective. THIS IS YOUR WARNING NOW THAT THE MOST EFFECTIVE CAN BE GROSS FOR SOME PEOPLE SO THIS IS YOUR DISCLIAMER
