Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
3/10, usually it's not hurt just small cramps and pain on the lower back that make me feel uncomfortable. but sometimes on certain days it feels really painful, for this one it's 9/10 1 reply
