Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
0 normally... sometimes, i can't tell that i'm on my period until the crotch of my underwear feels wet (if i'm lucky, the stain prob hasn't gotten to my bottoms yet). i get discharge almost every day so the wet or "something passing through" feeling needs to feel different, or i'll prob ignore it thinking it's just discharge
