Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I don't know about the others but mine is 8/10 most of the time but when I'm lucky I have it 2/10.
When I'm having 8/10, just before my periods start I'll start having random ass cramps as well be stomache/gastric. The moment it starts, oh God the pain along with Gastric makes me unable to move. I have to lay in bed the whole day because if I move,...... reply
