Can any women answer I'm curious
Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
I just get the period shits. On the first day of my period, the abdominal cramps are usually just felt in my colon and it goes absolutely crazy. I also sometimes feel cramps in my vulva lol, just slight contractions there. The pain overall never reaches even 5 out of 10 for me, so I'm lucky. Heating pads are a must still.
