Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
todays my 4th day so i can give a fresh and detailed account T_T
for starters i get two kind of pain, one near the vagina like deep inside, almost like my uterus pains and other is actual cramps.
my pre period pain can start up to a week prior or a day prior, and i get a mix of uterus pain and lower back pain, varying proportions (maybe a 3-5/1...... reply
