What is an angst trope you HATE to see?
Ppl talk abt tropes but what's that angst trope you just can't handle? Personally for me I hate the type of angst trope that gets rejected and they are unable to move on.
There are a few tropes I hate, but I’ll just mention one: when a character had a past love, whether it was their first great love or whatever, but they’re no longer with that person (instead they're now with mc, ml... whatever), but that character, even if they fall in love again, never quite gets over that past love... 1 reply
Oh this abused character where their parents abused them but then they still love them even though they were literally abused by the parents. I hate that shit sooooo much I understand it can be real for some ppl but like some of these fictional parents just attempts murder on their child. Not an ounce of love was seen in the backstory and ur tellin...... reply
I've come to despise the line "who did this to you?" I used to think it could still be done right but now I just cringe every time. Maybe even overprotective behavior as a whole reply
