I passed a kidney stone and then got a UTI afterwards. I kept having to go back to the doctor to get antibiotics because nothing was working, and then they finally had to give me a shot on the side of my ass. After that it was cleared up, but oh my god that whole process sucked. This was in the HEIGHT of covid, too.
