Definitely. I USED to hate any queer fiction back in 2018-2020, I exclusively read shoujo, shounen, and seinen. After I decided to come out of the closet, I'm having fun with GL and BL.
Still read shounens or seinens occasionally, but shoujo? Not that much, I haven't read shoujo romance for aabout a year or two now.
