Fatshaming is worse, sorry yes don't bodyshame ppl for their body but usually when skinnyshaming happens it's from a place of concerns, not always malice. Fatshaming is ALWAYS malice. its true that fat shaming comes from disgust, but skinny shaming doesnt only come from "jealousy" like you said.
skinny shaming is not only "you're so lucky to be thin" or "you have it easy". it can also be "you look like a child", "you're all skeleton", "you look anorexic", "are you too poor to feed yourself?", "did your parents abuse you?", etc....... reply
Obviously fat shaming is worse. Being skinny is the standard. Being fat will get you such level of disrespect never seen before, you can literally post a video eating breakfast and all the comments will be about how fat and disgusting and how you shouldn't eat anymore. Both are worse. A person is hurt, i have seen both in real life. The skinny girl started eating way much and wearing padded bras, while the overweight girl started distancing herself, would not eat with us during lunch cause one person would remark how much she eats.
