Fat shaming vs skinny shaming
video on my fyp about a skinny girl saying its as bad and someone sayign she's wrong because fatshaming comes from a place of disgust while the other comes from a place of jealousy
what yall think. i think fatshaming's kind of worse because the other one aligns with beauty standards modern ones atleast
its true that fat shaming comes from disgust, but skinny shaming doesnt only come from "jealousy" like you said.
skinny shaming is not only "you're so lucky to be thin" or "you have it easy". it can also be "you look like a child", "you're all skeleton", "you look anorexic", "are you too poor to feed yourself?", "did your parents abuse you?", etc....... reply
