scholarship abroad no glue no borax

how do i get a scholarship for a college abroad? i'm 17 rn and idk shit abt things like these, do i need to be 18?? and what do i do when i somehow fortunately get accepted? no, how do you even apply for a scholarship???? someone help me i'm lost
