does a bad artstyle deter you?
I was reminiscing on old manhwas that I read, particularly early Wind breaker (the webtoon) and Lookism, too. I had an epiphany like "damn, I really did not have standards back then" tbf the plot drew me in and i was somehow able to overlook the...peculiar artstyles. but now its kind of hard for me to ignore art in favour of the plot. im probably missing out on some banger stories.
Manga/hwa/huas are a visual medium after all, so if I do not fuck with the artstyle of any story I pick up, then I am definitely not going to finish it. It might sound mean or whatever, but that's just my preference lol.
The only exceptions are GLs, because I am a loser lesbian and I am starved of sapphic content, so even if I think a GL has bad/u...... reply
