does a bad artstyle deter you?
I was reminiscing on old manhwas that I read, particularly early Wind breaker (the webtoon) and Lookism, too. I had an epiphany like "damn, I really did not have standards back then" tbf the plot drew me in and i was somehow able to overlook the...peculiar artstyles. but now its kind of hard for me to ignore art in favour of the plot. im probably missing out on some banger stories.
Not as much as it should; the art has to be extremely disgusting for me not to read it. I enjoy the shien-like mass-produced yaoi slop with odd art. It's my distraction until the good stuff updates. Not to mention, sometimes you want a fun read where you can shut your brain off. reply
