Doesn't have to be today, or even a recent thing. It can be a little thing that happened that for some reason you can't stop thinking about, a good deed you did that you won't tell others bcs it makes it seem like you're bragging, it could be your deepest darkest secret, or something that mildly annoyed you. From the smallest or biggest thing to ever happen in your life, anything goes.
Went out with my mom and her friends (who's sorta like aunts to me ig). They asked me how school is for me, I told them I don't want it anymore. They told me I can do it, but no one knows that I'm failing at college and dropped 3 of my major courses...
