i think it depends on the person. i got really addicted to cigs last year where for a month i was smoking at least 2-3 sticks everyday and then decided to stop smoking altogether the following month. ive been clean for 4 months but lately i've been getting that itch to smoke again but that thought never crossed my mind the past 4 months
