How do you finish your task even you are bored. How do you trick yourself to be interested?

I don't, tricking someone is wrong therefore I can't do that to myself, also I'm easily gaslighted sooo can't turn the tables on myself & do the gaslighting so i end up not doing the task cus of these reasons yeh   1 reply
