Is it worth it? I understand having to pay for your own groceries maybe paying a portion of rent but are they gonna free up some rules for you Are you able to do what you please? Mooch off parents, not friends. How are your parents gonna collect from you? Tell them to start a tab :) When you do get a job whenever, tell them you will slowly pay them back....don't say how much, but later, maybe a buck a week? it's so weird and sad how common this is. they shouldn't be charging you to live in the home you were ALREADY living in. Especially since you don't work. Cultural differences goes crazy because in my country parents be selling their houses to send their kids to college and then pay for their wedding too ....my uncle lives in the same city and that I am living in currently for college and he's been so insufferable about me living in the dorms, "what's the point of me living if my own niece has to eat......   reply
