I come under category of love eating spicy food but with no spice tolerance. how do you guys hold up spice? and wt is your go to spicy dish??

imma say my tolerance is medium to low, i can eat like 5 drops of spicy sauce vefore my nose starts running and my eyes water. But if the food is good, I'll eat it anyway, I don't care about crying from pain as long as my food is 10/10 reply
