Yaoi has become boring?
Am i the only one depriving away from yaoi? (Or have deprived away) Like i cannot stand most of them anymore due to supernatural bodies or like the art is sooo fake and the design of the characters are so weird looking. Most of the plots are just pound town atp.
Like i probably only read 4 yaois that genuinely have good plot and the art looks decent and pretty natural not only that but characters have reasonable personalities and the rest is just straight hisekai webtoons.
Like when i see a good manhwa on tiktok and find out thaf it’s yaoi i get disappointed so badly, trust me im not homophobic it’s just when i see yaoi i know straight up that it’s going to be a gooner story with no special plot.
I used to read 10 different yaois a day regardless of the trashy plot ….but now?… ig we all grow up and have a change of views. I just wanna know if there is anyone out there who feels the same.
I mostly read yaoi to talk about it with friend (and my ex girlfriend) so it being a bit trashy isn’t always bad to me, but branching out to other mediums and genres is helpful, bl VNs can be pretty interesting and diverse (some of them still suck) same with novels! reply
